July 2009 we are intending to run some introduction to working trials workshops in the winter and if we can we would like to get a small group together to train with the aim of attending some trials.

Introduction to Working Trials
Working Trials are a great dog activity but it can be difficult getting started. We run introduction workshops with the aim of giving people an overview of the rules and training required. Dogs should be very enthusiastic about playing with toys as most exercises involve a some sort of retrieve. If dogs and handlers have the potential to progress through the stakes we can help and suggest where to get advanced training.
Fee: £20 for a 3 hour group   workshop for 4-6 people.  Dogs must be at least 12months old, have reasonable control and be enthusiastic playing with toys. The session will cover the basic training needed and an overview of the rules.
